The Digimood PED is a ‘Personal Emotion Digitizer’ concept in two parts: a control bracelet that monitors heart rate and external skin temperature, and a suppository-like receiver (to be worn … somewhere) that translates physical signals from one person and transmits to another, making the receiver glow, flash, and vibrate. It’s not a real product, but creator Dsym hopes to integrate the concept into cell phones and computers. I don’t think that’s very likely, and predict that we’ll next see the Digimood PED next profiled on Fleshbot [Warning: Potential Naked Human Flesh], if anywhere. [Thanks, YM!]
