We received a few emails yesterday about the AP’s gripping tale of one man’s battle against a well-known OS X Trojan that attempts to spread itself, nefariously, through iChat. In the interest of fairness, we decided to ignore them and get drunk, but this morning we’ve seen the light. And the light comes in the form of a gripping dissection of that self-same article by “a computer expert” who knows “something about OS X,” to use the parlance of the AP. The resulting skewering of bad trend reporting and clueless techno-babble is quite darling.
