Danny over at Mavromatic has a piece outlining his do-it-yourself wireless waterproof outdoor camera rig. He set his up to take pictures of his house being built over the course of 18 months and soon plans to show off a timelapse movie comprised of the results. Using an Axis camera, a heated camera enclosure and a Linksys WET11 wireless bridge, he mounted the camera on a pole, plugged it in, and had a maintenance-free mounted camera. He also promises more details on getting Wi-Fi to the camera in a separate post, so be sure to check it out.
