British engineers have developed the Ech2o, a hydrogen-sipping car that could travel the world on just 25 Watts of power (presuming the world were flat [not that we're saying it isn't]). Built by BOC, the Ech2o will race at the Shell Eco Marathon, piloted by 13 year-old Jack 'Impossibly Hip Last Name' Dex, to likely achieve a new world record for fuel efficiency.
