Facebook Snubs The iPad, Prepares Its First Tablet App For WebOS (Updated)

Whoa, the first tablet-enabled Facebook app may land on HP's TouchPad and not the iPad. According to a rumor from TechCrunch, Facebook's first big-screen app will appear on the WebOS tablet which lands later this week. Of course, the iPad app could land in the next few days, but it's looking like WebOS is the darling of Facebook this week.

Update: Everyone can go home. False Alarm. Facebook confirmed that the Facebook app was designed by HP for its tablets. [TechCrunch]

Not to be negative here, but Facebook is past its prime. Mark my words - it will follow the path of myspace, aohell, and yahoo over the next few years. Zuckerberg should have sold when it was red hot.

Am I the only one that has seen most of their friends stop posting things? Sure - I want to waste my time logging into a website that does not value privacy and read the same posts by the same 1% day after day. Sorry, but I have better things to do with my time.

I could care less.
