If you're prone to breaking sunglasses just hours after you've bought them, hold off on ordering a bunch of replacements in bulk until you can try the I-Ultra sunglasses from Italia Independent. They're made of stiff but forgiving rubber—everything except the lenses—so they'll require quite a bit of effort to destroy, not just an accidental fall to the ground.

The company claims the glasses' new material has never been used for eyewear before, but it gives them a distinct look, and hopefully near infinite invulnerability—especially since they'll set you back around $130 a pair in one of ten bright colors. [Italia Independent via Cool Hunting]
