One single precious image of the filming of James Cameron's space saga Avatar has leaked out, and it's full of tantalizing clues to the movie's look and storyline. There are also a couple of new Transformers set pics, and a shocking Lost set report. And there's some news about a cameo you've been hoping for in the Sarah Jane Adventures. There's also news about Heroes, Sarah Connor and Fringe, plus some new Eureka pics. Wake up with spoilers! Avatar: Here's a rare set photo from James Cameron's mega-opus Avatar. You can sort of glimpse a white alien tree, some motion-capture suits, some "MDF" rocks and boulders, a "flying creature" prop and a super-blurry image from one of the monitors, showing an alien creature. And are those horses wearing motion capture rigs on set? (Higher res image at the link.) What do you think the graffiti saying "Zulus Rule" means? [MarketSaw via Latino Review]

Heroes: You've heard that a reporter played by William Katt confronts Ali Larter's new character Traci about her resemblance to webcam girl Niki? Apparently he's on in one episode, because he meets an "accidental" death at the hands of a superpowered character. But then Traci starts to wonder if she really does have something in common with Niki, and she tracks down the doctor who delivered her to find out if she had a twin. Also, that African bushman who meets Matt Parkman draws the future for him, and it's full of people who fly unaided. [E! Online] Meanwhile, here are some spoilers from the Heroes season three "premiere party": all of the new characters this season will have arcs that "fold in" with existing characters' storylines. Hiro and Ando's quest for the mysterious formula thingy will take them to Bora Bora, Zimbabwe and Bakersfield. Ali Larter says there's "something of a scientific basis" for why Traci looks just like Niki. (See above?) Malcolm McDowell says his character recruited speedster Daphne to the cause of evil. [Heroes Television] Lost: People witnessed the filming of episode three of the new season, and it included Hurley (or a Hurley stunt double) driving crazily down the street, pursued by... Ana Lucia in a police car! She was wearing huge glasses. A Hurley hallucination? [SpoilersLost] Chuck: One of the show's cherished couples breaks up. (Either Ellie and Captain Awesome, or Morgan and Anna?) Also, someone who works at the Nerd Herd is in line for field agent status. [E! Online] Sarah Jane Adventures: There will be no cameo from the Doctor in season two of the spin-off series. Also, the evil clown two-parter has an in-joke referencing the 1966 Doctor Who story "The Celestial Toymaker." [OffTheTelly] Sarah Connor Chronicles: Now that you know Shirley Manson's shocking secret, here's a fancy new poster highlighting her metally goodness:

Meanwhile, there's a surprising twist, considering how eager Sarah was to destroy Cameron last night - Sarah and Cameron get much closer this season, and Sarah accepts Cameron more than anyone else on the show. Cameron kind of takes John's place in Sarah's life, says Thomas Dekker. Oh, and the shocking character death we've been told to expect? It's what causes "Judgment Day," in a way. [TVAddict] Fringe: Are you getting a bit tired of the Fringe hype? At least the ramp-up is almost over. Meanwhile, here's a bit more. J.J. Abrams says Massive Dynamic is not the evil conspiracy company it appears at first, and it's very ambiguous as to whether Nina the cyborg CEO is really evil. She becomes a sort of guru and fountain of information as the show goes on. [Hollywood] Eureka: Here are some images from season three episode 7, "Here Come The Suns." [SpoilerTV]
