The first clip from the new Sci Fi Channel series Warehouse 13 invites you to experience “endless wonder,” before hijacking your life and shipping you off to South Dakota. We’re very interested.
Before you brush off Warehouse as just another scifi series, take note of the extreme talent attached to it: Jane Espenson (from Buffy and BSG fame), Rockne S. O’Bannon (Farscape, Alien Nation) along with D. Brent Mote are the minds behind this show, so that’s saying something.
Plus, how adorable is Eddie McClintock as FBI agent Pete Lattimer? The show will be following Peter and Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly), his female FBI partner as they chase down the supernatural and the paranormal for the government. I’m excited because I think McClintock will be lots of fun, but I can’t speak for Mrs. Frederic (CCH Pounder) who just slaughtered the “am I stuttering” line (are people really still saying/writing that?). Still, I’m willing to give it a try.
