It’s early, it’s rainy, and the dog won’t go outside. So instead of wrapping my head around Toshiba vs. the world or some kind of crazy MP3 player, here’s a little something to look at for a little while—a Homer Simpson mouse. What makes this mouse special? Homer floats in the mouse.
The principle of this floating Homer mouse was first introduced by Isaac Newton but it wasn’t until our advanced isometricnanotechnology skillz caught up with the theory that we were able to create a working prototype—which filled two rooms in a quonset hut in Rutherford, New Jersey—in 1943. Now, thanks to the hard work of thousands of scientists (Thanks, Guys!), the year 2005 can now be called the Year of the Floating Homer Mouse.
