The Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel is a wired 900-degree racing wheel with dual-motor force feedback, designed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. The wheel measures 10.24 inches across and is covered in hand-stitched leather. A three-pedal floor unit with throttle, brake, and clutch pedals plugs into the wheel base. Stainless steel paddle shifters, an Xbox layout D-pad, and LED shift indicator lights are built into the wheel face.
A racing wheel that’s perfect for enjoying a variety of car-centric titles
Force feedback on the G920 comes from two motors mounted inside the wheel base, pushing against the shaft in opposite directions during play. The dual-motor system simulates the pull of tires losing grip on a wet corner, the resistance of a curb strike, and the weight of a car accelerating. Helical anti-backlash gears drive the shaft instead of straight-cut gears, keeping motor noise low enough to hear the game through the speakers.
Lock-to-lock rotation is 900 degrees, or two and a half full turns from one extreme to the other, which matches what a real F1 or rally car requires from the driver in fast hand-over-hand corners. A hall-effect steering sensor uses magnetic fields to track wheel position instead of a physical potentiometer, so the sensor never wears out with mileage. Solid steel ball bearings inside the shaft support the rotational load without play developing over years of use.
Pedals ship in a separate 16.87-inch-wide steel-plate housing that connects to the wheel base via one cable. Clutch, brake, and throttle are laid out left to right in the standard sim racing layout. The brake pedal is nonlinear and pressure-sensitive, so light taps register as light braking while full stomps register as emergency stops. The pedal faces also adjust for a heel-toe downshift technique.
Built-in clamps at the base of the wheel screw down to a desk edge or racing rig up to two inches thick. Bolt holes on the underside also accept M6 screws for permanent installation. On the wheel face, the D-pad, Xbox buttons, and stainless steel paddle shifters are laid out within thumb reach. LED shift indicator lights above the center light up in sequence to cue upshifts and downshifts. The optional Driving Force Shifter attaches separately for six-speed manual gear changes.
For sim racing on Xbox or PC, or a controller upgrade in Forza Motorsport or F1 25, the G920 gives you a wheel, force feedback, and a three-pedal floor unit in one box for $230, which is $70 below the $300 list price. The construction includes steel ball bearings in the shaft, stainless steel paddle shifters, and hand-stitched leather on the rim.
