Fossil’s watches always break on me, but there’s one thing the company does well: rip off popular aesthetics at a wallet-friendly price. And their new Becket iPad case is a perfect example of this mass market design philosophy.
A leather exterior, a synthetic suede interior, and what looks like an elastic band (possibly from a ponytail holder overstock) to hold it all together—it’s everything you need from a pretentious iPad case if you aren’t willing to simply shop for the real vintage alternatives in the first place.
