Free WiFi Hotspot Roundup, If One Site Can Be a Roundup

So as is typical, after a full day of responses to my request for some of your favorite chain restaurants that provide free WiFi, I get one big, fat link that trumps them all, and includes all of your Schlotzsky’s, Apple Stores, It’s a Grinds, and New York McDonalds (!). It’s called wififreespot.com, and if this whole WiFi thing ever gets off the ground, I bet it’d be a pretty useful site to bookmark. [Thanks to everyone who sent in suggestions. You all get a pizza party!]

Update: And just now, on a mostly-related note, McDonald’s has announced their intention to up the number of restaurants that will offer WiFi service to “several thousand” over the next year, albeit for a charge of $2.95 per two hours of use.
