PhotographyBlog reviews the Fuji FinePix F610 Zoom, the update to the popular but oddly-shaped FinePix F601, now with 6.3-megapixel capability (using the same CCD as the Fuji S7000 Zoom). The F610 has all the basic features you’d expect in a modern camera, like the ability to capture movies (in Motion JPEG, which I expect to start seeing more of), as well as an interesting dual-LCD display in the back—one color 1.8-inch LCD and another monochrome LCD used to control frequently-used functions. In general, Mark likes the F610 a lot, despite having some issues with the unclear mixture of digital and optical zoom and occasional issues with the non-standard upright orientation.
