Garmin’s Forerunner 201, which we wrote about just a few days back looks to have been superseded by the new Foretrex 201 (also from Garmin) which combines the workout and training programs of the Forerunner with full-blown GPS functionality of the Garmin Geko 201. It’s light, too, weighing in at 2.75 ounces, plus sports an internal rechargeable lithium battery. MSRP is around $182.13 (those last 13 cents really count), but I’ve been told that they can be picked up on Amazon for around $140. [Thanks, Claude!]
