Three new PCs from Gateway: an updated version of its ultraportable 200 series, the company’s first Tablet PC, and a new widescreen laptop.

The new Gateway 200 is just one inch thick, weighs a bit more than its predecessor (4.3 pounds as opposed to 3.8), and has a larger, 14.1-inch screen, built-in 802.11b, a 1.4GHz processor, 256MB of RAM, a 20GB hard drive, and a DVD drive.

Gateway’s Tablet PC is actually just one of Motion Computing’s models, rebranded under the Gateway name. It’ll have a 1.0GHz processor, a 12.1-inch screen, 256MB of RAM, a 40GB hard drive, and built-in 802.11b.

The 500M, Gateway’s first widescreen laptop, will have a 15.2-inch screen, a built-in subwoofer, a 2.2GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, a 40GB hard drive, and built-in 802.11b.
