Gawker Media, Summermodo Contest Official Rules. No Purchase Necessary

Eligibility/Entry Period
Summermodo Contest sponsored by Gawker Media ("Contest") begins at 12PM PST, June 24 2010, ends at 12PM PST Tuesday June 29, 2010, and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia excluding residents of California and Tennessee. Entrants must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and members of their immediate families and households of Gawker Media ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, or electronic media firm Heineken USA Inc ("Promotion Entities") and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees of Heineken USA Inc. and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers or retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate in the Contest. To enter, entrants must send electronic mail correspondence to The email must contain (1) a photographic picture attachment of the entrant in JPG, GIF, or PNG file format, and (2) a short paragraph detailing why they deserve a trip to Summermodo 2010. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV")
Four 4) Prize(s) will be awarded: Trip for one (1) to Summermodo 2010. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for one (1) between a New York airport (JFK, LGA, ISP or EWR, chosen by the sponsor) and major airport in U. S. nearest winner's home; 4-nights single occupancy (one room, one person) accommodations, one (1) Summermodo gift pack, at sponsor's discretion (ARV $100); actual value may vary depending on departure date/time and departure/destination cities). All travel dates and arrangements are at Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability. If winner is not available to attend, prize package will be forfeited and another winner selected. Total ARV of all prizes is [$2,000]. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner's responsibility. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Entries will be rated by a panel consisting of executives of Gawker Media and the other Promotion Entities, as selected by the Sponsor and/or the Promotion Entities (the "Judging Panel"), who will select four (4) winners based on the Judging Criteria (defined below). The Judging Panel will rate Entries on a 1 to 100 point scale, with 1 point being the lowest score and 100 points being the highest score, based on the following equally weighted criteria: (1) Clarity of entrant photo, (2) quality of text submission outlining why the winner should be chosen, and (3) overall quality of the submission (the "Judging Criteria"). The submissions that have the 4 highest ratings of the Judging Panel will be deemed Sweepstakes winners. Limit of one winner per household. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail to the address from which the submission was provided and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Winner's Affidavit must be returned within 5 days of the date on the notification letter via a prepaid return envelope provided or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Allow 4 to 6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. You are not a certified winner until validated and you receive official notification from the judging organization.

General Terms
Contestants agree to be bound by these Rules. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, photo, video, likeness and entry (in whole or in part) for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Participants, by participating in this Contest, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Heineken USA Inc and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Contest, or their participation in the Contest, or their participation in any Contest or prize related activity, or any travel related to the Contest, or any travel for any prize related activity. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person's ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Contest on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Contest or its web site. If the integrity of the Internet portion of the Contest is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Contest and select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem.
