Zendaya is rumored to inherit the Bourne legacy from Matt Damon and/or Jeremy Renner. It Follows director David Robert Mitchell has been hired to write the next Five Nights at Freddy’s. Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi finally begin writing We’re Wolves. The way you walked was thorny, through no fault of your own, but as the rain enters the soil, the river enters the sea, so tears run to a predestined end… it’s Morning Spoilers!

Untitled The Daniels’ Project
Deadline reports Silvia Dionicio (Task), Jackson Kelly (The Pitt), Kerrice Brooks (Star Trek: Starfleet Academy), and Thalia Dudek (Doctor Who) have joined the cast of the the Daniels’ upcoming “superhero tentpole movie where global warming is the villain”—the one still heavily speculated to be based on 1990’s Captain Planet and the Planeteers.
Though details on their characters are not available at this time, the incoming cast (alongside the previously announced Sean Kaufman) are said to “essentially lead the film” opposite Matt Damon’s mentor figure, who will hold “equal footing” with the young cast.
If we had to guess, it sounds as if Damon is playing an original member of the Planeteers (likely Wheeler) who, opposite Sandra Oh (as Gi, probably), trains a new generation of five elemental ring-bearers: Dionicio, Kelly, Brooks, Dudek, and Kaufman—with Charles Melton playing Captain Planet, himself.
