‘Twas the night before Christmas and I thought no one was going to build a Gizmodo-House. But of course you were all hard at work constructing ginger-powered robots, Mongolian frosted yurts and the geodesic ginger-dome pictured above. The entries are spectacular—as you’ll see in the photo-swirl after the jump—and you better have saved a piece for me to eat (darn, should have put that in the official rules).
Still think you can best the Gizmodo-House that has a Zen WMP, SMT-5600, Cingular 2125 and iPod nano built into the walls? You have until midnight tonight to enter. The prize: a Sharp Aquos 20-inch flat panel TV.
Here’s how to win: Take two photos of your creation—one of the construction process and one of the finished Gizmodo-house. Mail the photos in JPG format—72 dpi, max 500 pixels on the top side—to [email protected] with SHARP HOUSE in the subject line.
Thanks to Vikuiti, the sponsor of this contest and the technology behind the Aquos display.
Sometimes a single photo does not do justice to these creations, in which case I included two pics or a URL for your viewing pleasure.
