Google has officially revealed its new Pixel lineup for the year. The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are two new Android smartphones with updated cameras and a ton of Google smarts. Google also finally announced official details for the long-awaited, overly-leaked Pixel Watch. All three devices will be on sale Oct. 13, with pre-orders open now.

You can read more about the devices in our respective Pixel 7/Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel Watch posts. But if you want to see the devices in pictures, keep reading. I previewed the new devices at the brand-new Google Store in Brooklyn. I even peaked at the new wired Nest Doorbell and Nest Wifi Pro. The Pixel Tablet, which is still shrouded in some mystery and is slated for 2023, wasn’t available for pictures, but you can read about it here.

Here’s the Pixel 7 Pro in hand. It’s bigger, housing a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an extra camera sensor, which I’ll extrapolate on in another slide. It has a 5000 mAh battery and 12GB of memory.

Here’s what the Pixel 7 looks like next to the Pixel 7 Pro. Both devices come in a special green colorway in addition to having your standard obsidian black and snow white options. Seen here is the lemongrass option on the Pixel 7, which looks more lime in person, and the Hazel option on the Pixel 7 Pro, which is green but tinges grayer in person.

The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro have similar Tensor-powered camera systems, though there are slight differences between the two, including an additional telephoto lens on the Pixel 7 Pro.

The Pixel 7 camera setup is a 50-MP sensor with an f/1.85 aperture and an 82 degree field of view. The second camera is a 120MP ultrawide camera with a 114 degree field of view. The camera features both optical and electronic image stabilization.

The Pixel 7 Pro is nearly similar. It has the same 50-MP sensor and aperture rate, though a wider 125.8-degree field of view for the second camera. The third camera sensor is a 48-MP telephoto camera with f/2.5 aperture and up to 5x optical zoom.

Is Google taking aim at Apple with its Cinematic Mode? This mode lets you shoot video with a deeper depth of field. I’ll be curious to try it against the iPhone 14 Pro’s similar ability and see how they compare.

Although we could try on a few demo models at the Google Store, most of the Pixel Watches were tethered down. I’ll have to give you a full rundown of the Android-powered wearable in the full review.

The bezel on the Pixel Watch is not that bad! From the side, it even has a bit of a dome effect to it.

There are several Google-made watch band types to choose from for the Pixel Watch, including a sweat-resistant stretchy band made of recycled plastic and a crafted leather band. The metal links (left) and metal mesh (right) are shown here.

Okay, seriously, this thing is the shiniest router I’ve seen in ages. The design inspiration for this was the look and feel of porcelain, which has a bit of that reflective sheen.

The wired Nest Doorbell (on the right) is a little smaller than the battery-powered Nest Doorbell that Google launched last year. Google said it included the same holes, so upgrading your Nest Hello is a cinch.
