Rumor has it Warner Bros. has chosen Ryan Gosling to play Hal Jordan, the fighter pilot who gets a magic ring from space, in Green Lantern. The Ontario-born Gosling was impressive, if a bit aspy, in Lars And The Real Girl, so I’d be into seeing how he did in the green space tights. Plus, according to IMDB, he starred in the Adventures of Young Hercules back in the late 1990s. So he’s got the adventure stuff nailed down. So okay, why not? [Latino Review]
