Think of it as an Easter miracle—Toshiba will be shipping about 15,000 HD-DVD players next week to retail stores across the nation. There will also be four HD titles available including Serenity and OH BOYOBOYOHBOY Phantom of the Opera. Netflix and Blockbuster are also expected to rent HD-DVD movies. All of this is pretty hush-hush right now because if this flops, it’ll flop big.
