But like the Doraemon iPod mini before it, the new Hello Kitty iPod mini isn’t about doing something new—it’s about selling you something you already own, now rubber stamped with an approved brand. As someone pointed out to me yesterday regarding the Star Wars Lego Video Game, in the future, things that have only one brand slapped on them will be considered very lame.
