When actress Nichelle Nichols stopped by the White House in February, she managed to score the ultimate photo op — the Commander-in-Chief brandishing Mr. Spock’s iconic salute. Serving as the Enterprise’s chief communications officer definitely opens doors. Nichols also stopped by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center while in the neighborhood.
