Since the Nexus One phone, we’ve seen a spate of other Nexus-named devices, which Google is said to have a direct hand in helping build. These are reference devices that showcase the latest Android software, and usually have high-end specs to match.
Therefore it makes a lot of sense for Google to want a Nexus tablet to be the reference Honeycomb device. People are pointing at LG as being behind the build, but if you think it’ll just be another T-Mobile G-Slate, I’d think again. At least, I’m hoping. [Mobile-Review via Xataka via AndroidCommunity]
