Hilton Hotels has announced that they will provide “emergency” cell phone chargers to its guests. Available in the “Pavilion Pantry” of the Hilton Garden Inn chain, guests will be able to buy a PowerMobile universal cell phone battery charger if they find they’ve forgotten theirs at home. I’d prefer the option to simply have a deposit charged to my room and return the charger when I’m done with my stay, instead of accruing a new universal phone charger for every trip I take, but that’s just me.
