Looking to pump out some optic blasts for less than a Ulysses S. Grant? Cosplay craftsman Peter Sorensen has written this tutorial for creating replicas of Scott Summers’ famous eyewear.
According to Sorensen, “I wanted something that could light up at the push of a switch but would still allow me to see (as these would be mostly used at parties or in the occasional video).” So while these shades won’t fire concussive beams, you can wear them without crashing into stuff.
