President Trump fired James Comey as FBI Director on May 9th. Ever since, the American people have been wondering what Comey knows about the Trump regime and its possible collusion with Russia. Today we finally get some answers. And thankfully there are a lot of ways to watch online.

Comey’s testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee is scheduled to start at 10am Eastern, 7am Pacific, and 5pm Moscow time. The hearing is expected to end sometime before 1pm, when Comey’s scheduled to give classified testimony to the same committee behind closed doors.

Every single major American TV outlet will be carrying the hearing live, but if you’re not near a TV—or you just want to watch on your computer, tablet or phone—here are the many different ways you can watch online.

There are plenty of different ways to watch the testimony on YouTube:

  • NBC News has a livestream of Comey’s testimony on YouTube.
  • Time magazine also has a livestream of the testimony on YouTube.
  • And CBS News has its own stream from the hearing on YouTube.

  • Fusion is streaming the testimony on its Facebook page.
  • The Washington Post is also livestreaming on Facebook.
  • And C-SPAN has a livestream that doesn’t require a login on its Facebook.

Twitter has an exclusive deal with Bloomberg and they will be livestreaming the coverage today from the @bloomberg account.

Virtually every news outlet will also be streaming the testimony on their websites, including NBC News, ABC News, and CBS News.

Typically you need a cable subscription to log into CNN’s apps on your iPad or your Roku, but CNN is allowing people to watch the testimony today on various devices even if you don’t have a cable subscription. So here are plenty of other options if you’re away from a TV:

And if you’re in Washington, DC...

Maybe consider heading down over to the Union Pub at 201 Massachusetts Ave., NE. They’re opening up early (9:30am ET) and handing out a free drink to everybody in the place during the Comey testimony every single time that Trump tweets about it. Seriously.

What Comey’s going to say

We already know some of what Comey is going to say, since his prepared remarks were released yesterday. According to Comey, President Trump kept asking him for his loyalty and for the investigation into Michael Flynn to be dropped. Trump seemed particularly concerned about the alleged piss tape and denied that he had been “involved with hookers in Russia.”

But the really interesting stuff should come out when the Senators start asking Comey questions. Especially since they’ve had an entire night to look at his opening remarks. The GOP’s talking points have already been leaked, and today a shady pro-Trump organization run by Newt Gingrich and Rudolph Giuliani is even airing attack ads against Comey. Quite frankly, it’s something America has never seen before.

Just take a look at what Trump goon Corey Lewandowski said on Fox News last night.

“What the president asked for is loyalty to the country and loyalty to make sure that people have the justice system that they want,” Lewandowski told Tucker Carlson. “That is not unheard of, and that is not uncalled for. What the president asked for and the president-elect was to develop a rapport with the FBI director.”

Yes, that’s really how they’re spinning this.

Trump has done a significant amount of harm to the safety, security, and reputation of the United States already. And his firing of James Comey to stop the Russia investigation (something he admitted to explicitly during an interview on NBC) is just one tiny piece of that. But, with any luck, Comey will help shed some light on this administration’s destructive tendencies, and help bring an eventual end to a presidency that is destroying a country that so many of us love.

Here’s hoping that the documentary title for this entire affair will be “James and the Giant Impeach”.
