How is exactly is Tomorrowland tied to the Disney empire? Is it tied to anything besides the Tomorrowland theme land? Does it really need to be? Well, it turns out the answer is yes, it’s 100% tied to Disneyland in the creepiest way imaginable. It’s linked to the “It’s a Small World” ride.
This new international trailer reveals that underneath the shrieking “It’s A Small World” ride live robot people — and the actual Tomorrowland — and more confusion for Brad Bird and Damon Lindelof’s movie. But if we had to guess, we’d pin this all on mommy issues and/or pregnancy horror. Because we’ve seen Lost and/or Prometheus.
