There is, of course, a transitional phase. Who of us hasn’t struggled through a cup of filter coffee that’s sat on the hotplate for somewhere between 4 and 8 hours, or microwaved a half cup of an Aeropress that’s been sat on your desk half a day. Or is that just me?
