The WSJ says HP has been running tests for Android in netbooks, leading us to believe that there’s some kind of low-priced, 3G-connected HP netbook in development. But, just because it’s in development doesn’t mean it’s actually going to be released, so don’t get too excited there netbook cheapos. [Marketwatch]
