My prayers have been answered: a new dystopian movie that takes place in the-not-so-distant future, without any people-eating. Deadland takes place during World War III. A nuclear strike takes out a large percent of the world’s population, and Florida has dropped into the ocean. But more importantly, main charcater Sean Kalos is separated from his wife, and will move Heaven and Hell to find her. With his rag-tag group of friends, he sets out across the martial-law world, fighting his way across hostile territories in search of his lady (oh and there’s mention of a radiation plague, and hopefully his wife has it).
