I think it’s great that medical gadgetry has its own trade shows, where producers show off the units (which must really send the model per diem way up in the scalpel booths). MedGadget went to the Front & Sullivan awards, where they were privy to a teeth-clenching display of the ‘HydraBrush,’ an electric toothbrush that “self-positions” itself over your teeth as you bite down, using its four brushes to provide a slow-speed, massage-like cleaning.
Of course the best part is the inventor showing it off during his speech. Somehow I never imagined dental care tradeshows to be so glamorous.
