Regarding your article on syncing music videos to the iPod, you should know that iTunes gives that exact same error message when you try and sync any files the connected iPod can’t play, including MIDI files.
The language is most likely purposefully vague, using the word “this” so that iTunes does not have to distinguish between files that can’t be played on any iPod, and files that can’t be played on the specific connected iPod.
Update Update: I’ve only downloaded one video from iTunes so far, that Gorillaz single, but did you noticed that its the exact same resolution as the PSP screen? Too bad the PSP won’t play video at that resolution from the MemoryStick, or we’d have another nice place to get content for our PSPs. (Thanks, Rolando!)
