iRiver’s aesthetic decisions have been somewhat hit-or-miss with me, but something about this IFP-1000 combination camera/radio/MP3/voice recorder with a 1.2 inch color display really gets me worked up. (I think it might be its resemblance to one of my favorite gadgets ever, the flask.) iRiverNordic has the details on the IFP-1000 and all the other surprisingly good-looking products from iRiver this year, including the PMC- and PMP-100, two Windows Portable Media Center devices. I feel like the jerk at the end of the movie who realizes that the mousy bookworm girl was actually a beautiful woman. Beautiful on the outside, I mean.
