Behold the deliciousBao-ser’s Castle Burger, a hot steamy bao bun filled with a “square, onion soup-braised (and seared) beef tongue patty, nested with green onion slices, quick pickle cucumber, cilantro, grilled pork belly, and a hoisin mayonnaise.” The only way this thing could be more awesome is if someone were stuffing two of them in my mouth right now.
I know that many of you would probably go eeeewwww about the mention of a tongue patty, but it’s your loss. I can assure you that it’s one of the most delicious and delicate meats you can eat (if you ever have the opportunity to try it, you must.) And you just can’t go wrong with the rest of the ingredients. This is definitely one tasty burger.
