Justin Timberlake has released the first single off his upcoming album, Man of the Woods. All the promos for this album suggested he was going full-on folksy, abandoned the sexy-backness of the past in favor of a hike in the forest. But the single, “Filthy,” is anything but. Taking place at a fictional tech conference in the year 2028, it’s all about a Steve Jobs-esque Timberlake wooing audiences with his new robot that’s basically what you’d get if all the most generic scifi animatronics were thrown together and given Gene Kelly dance moves.
But…did I mention the robot fucks?
