Kanguru’s Audio Flash has apparently shipped, with USB 2.0 and a still-kinda-rare OLED screen. Looks like it supports MP3, WMA, and WAV, and has all the standard trimmings. Pricing isn’t mentioned, but excepting the OLED screen there’s no reason to think it’ll be much different than competing flash players.
