Check out these gorgeous Miyabi Kimono-inspired iPod cases from Miyavix. Made out of fine leather and traditional Japanese cotton fabric, the cases are made so the click wheel and dock connector are openly accessible. Available in yellow, teal, and rust, each case is cut individually, so the patterns will vary. These designs probably won’t inspire “tranquil harmony” as the site states (especially not with my Ramones playlist), but they look sure to draw some serious oohs and aahs from both design and gadget aficianados alike. If you have some serious cash to spare, you could even buy a few and hang them on the wall as art. Each case goes for $40.
