Kodak EasyShare One Delayed

By

Reading time 1 minute

I had a chance to play around with the Kodak EasyShare One at CTIA, where I spent a few hours sucking from their corporate teat (and got to enjoy a nice nap while Jay Leno hammed it up to a crowd of wireless industry executives). Here’s the score, again: It’s really cool; Wi-Fi cameras that upload to the internet from any available hotspots are totally The Future. Also, it sucks, because it only works with Ofoto (now called ‘Kodak EasyShare Gallery,’ or as we call it, ‘Ofoto’), Kodak’s own image hosting service. That’s exactly what I want to spend 400 bucks on: a camera that ties me to a single service.

Why do we mention it? Because it’s been delayed from June to October. That gives us even more money to save up and buy something else.
