Never has a video of someone building Lego been so inspiring.

Joe Hanson of PBS Digital’s
It’s Ok To Be Smart paired the short video of him constructing (and animating) the Lego CUUSOO/Ideas set released at the start of this year with extracts from speeches given by Carl Sagan, Hank Green, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Jane Goodall and more on the theme of Curiosity – not the Rover itself, but the idea of Curiosity and how it drives us all to learn more and discover more about the world and universe around us, scientifically and culturally.

The majesty of the universe is always something wonderful to be reminded of in little films like this – but it’s even better when paired with a cute little Lego robot. Short, but very sweet.
