The ThinkPad Z61 series—Z61t has a 14.1-inch screen while the Z61m has a 15.4-inch screen—is a multimedia laptop designed for the younger set. They can hold up to 4 GB of RAM and beefy Core Duo processors. Plus they have the standard dark ThinkPad styling and durability.
Interestingly enough, the Z61 models include an in-bezel camera and microphone for video-conferencing as well as 802.11a/b/g and optional EVDO WAN access. They should be available in June starting at $699 for a bare-bones model.
