Mac mini VW GTi Install

By

Reading time 1 minute

Matt Turner was kind enough to drop us a line about his month-long endeavor of permanently installing and integrating a Mac mini into his 2001 Volkswagen GTi. He pulls out all the stops with a 7″ USB touchscreen monitor, a Cirque EasyCat USB trackpad, a USB FM/AM tuner, an installed iPod dock and some very nice fabricated, brushed aluminum trim bezels to hold it all. He’s spending the next several days going into detail about each of the steps involved and any issues he experienced along the way. Take a look at how to integrate your Mac mini from someone who very clearly knows what he’s doing. More pictures at his site.
