These things would rock the asses of the masses if only they were what they appeared to be. You get a 3.1-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom for $150, so that’s really not too bad, but the binoculars just serve as viewfinders. Dual camera lenses might be asking a bit much on a $150 camera, but their marketing material doesn’t make it clear how the device works and could be construed as deceptive: “What you see through the binoculars is the picture you get,” is inaccurate at best and deliberately misleading at worst.
