Not only can you make calls from Starbucks and Kinkos with the Belkin WiFi Skype phone—which we reviewed here—you can now make calls on Boingo hot spots. Boingo, like T-Mobile, has around 60,000 locations where you can pay to log on and be a chatty Cathy.
