Memory Stick PRO, Sony and SanDisk’s new high-capacity version of the Memory Stick, is out. PRO theoretically can hold up to 32GB, but don’t hold your breath waiting for that, the first few will have capacities of 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB. But here’s the kicker – Memory Stick PRO isn’t compatible with exisiting Memory Stick slots, though there is a patch in the works that’ll make it work with the NZ90 and the NX series of CLIE handhelds.
