They’re meant for cellphones and are just 21.5mm long, 20mm wide, and a mere 1.4mm thick. The first 16MB miniSD cards are about to ship, with 32MB and 64MB versions expected in a couple of months, and 128MB and 256MB cards due by fall. These look like they’ll be extremely easy to lose.
