We were enjoying a nice cold beverage down at Teany, the local cafe, this afternoon, when some guy with a boombox strapped to himself started walking up and down the street blaring house music. Annoying, yes, but what he really needed was this: The new Homemix CDJ1 from Acoustic Solutions, which has two CD drives and a crossfader so he could have taken things to the next level and mixed songs and matched beats. You know how everybody who presses play on a CD player is calling themselves a DJ these days? It’s a cliche, but with the CDJ1 the bar has just been lowered even further.
