It’s probably not to hard to infer from the lack of mobile software coverage that most applications, on the whole, don’t interest me a bit. That said, I think this new ‘Digital Stadium’ application on DoCoMo’s phones is sort of brilliant, leveraging the graphical abilities of the phone to display a cartoon representation of a live baseball game. Sure, it won’t have all the scratching and vacant stares that make real baseball so captivating, but it’s probably a lot easier to stream (and watch) than a live video feed.
