Spotted at a gas station in Switzerland: two of those ultra-pricey, ultra-futuristic motorbikes which impressed the pants off us several years ago. Guess someone felt the $82,350 two-seaters were a steal.

With an enclosed cabin and two seats, the MonoTracer can go from 0 - 60 in 5.6 seconds, with the highest speed being 155mph according to manufacturer Peraves. Check out the cockpit-like interiors below, shot by blogger Justin Watt's girlfriend/wife/friend's father. [Justinsomnia]

How would this hold up against a big, Gas guzzling S.U.V in america? that's the only problem with small, efficient cars in the U.S.

it seems like people are buying bigger sedans or S.U.Vs because they fear of being smooshed to death by one. i'm still looking for my first car, i'm only 16, and when i see a SMARTfor2 drive by, i shudder, because that thing wouldn't stand a chance to a nice-sized truck. so i'll be buying a bigger car, so there's more metal between me and the other car. because this thing, there's nothing. you'll be accordion'd in a second.

anyone agree with me?
