CNET with some more details and some video footage of the new Treo 600, which is due out from Handspring this fall. It’ll run on both CDMA and GSM, cost between $400 and $500, have a built-in digital camera, a 160×160 pixel display, run Palm OS 5.2, a mini-keyboard, and an SD expansion slot. Our pal David Schloss got to play with it the other day, and gives it the thumbs up, saying, “[It’s] small, light, a vast improvement over the other Treo units. Looks like a phone with a big screen and keyboard, not a big screen and keyboard with a phone.”
